Band Leadership Roles

A job description is an internal document that clearly states the essential job requirements, job duties, job responsibilities, and skills required to perform a specific role.

Marketing Plan

A marketing plan is a comprehensive document or blueprint that outlines the advertising and marketing efforts for the coming year. See Marketing Plan samples from other Pride Bands.

Member Survey

A Member Survey is essential for helping Boards understand the expectations and concerns of its members. It is a way for Boards to collect important feedback from your members, make improvements to your band and governance, and show your members you genuinely care about their thoughts and satisfaction.

Strategic Plan

Strategic planning is the process of documenting and establishing a direction for your band – by assessing where you are and where you’re going. The strategic plan is a place to record your mission, vision, and core values, as well as your long-term goals and the action plans you’ll use to reach them.
