Swing into the Holidays in Atlanta (12/1) and/or be Merry and Bright in Phoenix (12/2)

Looking for the perfect way to start the season? Check out the MetroGnomes Stage Band as they “Swing into the Holidays!” This year, they are taking over Cowtippers in Midtown for a night of swing tunes, dancing, food, drink, and fun!

The evening starts with dance lessons at 7:00 pm, then the band stand kicks off at 7:30 pm for a cool selection of swinging holiday tunes for all you hep cats. The show features our 16-piece big band and featured vocalists for your dancing and listening pleasure. Along the way, you can order dinner from Cowtippers’ full menu and drinks from the bar.  Additionally, they will have a few appetizers and desserts to make the holiday bright.

Tickets for the event are on sale now for just $20. The funds support the great music and programs of Atlanta Freedom Bands. AFB represents Atlanta’s LGBTQ+ community in music with a wide range of performances and appearances in the community throughout the year.

The Desert Overture on Sunday afternoon

Tis’ the season to be… MERRY AND BRIGHT! Join Desert Overture for an afternoon filled with some of your favorite holiday hits, such as “How the Grinch Stole Christmas,” “Auld Lang Syne,” “Secret Agent Santa,” “Appalachian Carol,” and many more! 

This concert is guaranteed to put you in the holiday spirit! Buy your tickets now and save!

  • $5 students and seniors
  • Children 12 and under are free 
  • $5 surcharge for tickets purchased at the door
